My family is brand new to the state, city, and neighborhood and Brian's guidance and professionalism was exactly what we needed to guide us through the home selection and purchasing process. Brian was very helpful in helping us find neighborhoods and homes we hadn't considered (also why it's important to use an agent and NOT just rely on what you find online.) Once we found the perfect home, his prompt communication with the seller and speed of answering questions allowed us to quickly settle on a home. I'm almost disappointed I only need ONE home because I would love to use his services again and again!
