Smooth easy transaction

Brian made the transaction easy, he was very knowledgeable about the area and explained to us the pricing strategy and what to expect since this was a trust sale. We listed the property and within a day we were in escrow. I would highly recommend Brian as he's straight forward and will tell you his honest opinion, not just what you want to hear. We interviewed other agents who were all about getting higher listing prices and didn't seem interested in our thoughts, many "used car sales" people.
