Brian knows the market in which he sells very well. He was very fast with his responses to my various questions, no matter the day or the time of night. He's a fast talker, so you need to pay attention but he will take the time to explain the issue fully until you are comfortable. I imagine his job is frustrating at times but he is even tempered and patient. Customer service is at the core of his work ethic. His various relationships with surveyors, engineers and fellow agents was very helpful in the closing process. He makes you feel like your sale is the only one he is dealing with, although he is working on dozens at a time.
