It's hard to put into words how much I appreciate what Brian did for me this year. I found myself in a very challenging position with a need to relocate my family quickly. Brian had previously helped me move from the City of Chicago to Michigan and our experience with him was excellent. I called Brian again during a time of tremendous uncertainty and he was there every step of the way as a trusted advisor and a friend as I navigated my second major relocation in under 3 years. Brian has no problem going above and beyond for his clients and will often times help in ways that have nothing to do with his job description. I believe that this type of customer service is very rare these days and finding someone who authentically cares is worth it's weight in gold.
