From the moment he started the process, I knew Brian could get me through selling my house with ease. I was going to "SELL BY OWNER" feeling like most realty companies treat the industry like they are running them in the 1970's. Being online you don't have to put ads in papers and print anything to justify the huge percentage other realtors take. Brian and his company proved that I made the right decision going with them. Brian went through my house of 20 years and suggested what I should change that new buyers would look for. Looked at other houses that sold that were like mine, not just what sold in the area. Took photos AND videos, posted online and 26 HOURS LATER MY HOUSE WAS SOLD FOR ABOVE ASKING PRICE!!!! Who could ask for more! I met Brian a couple months before I put my home on the market. I had to get the house emptied and cleaned up as I already had a home in Florida. I called Brian and said the house is yours to sell. He took care of EVERYTHING after that. He walked me thru the first offer and inspection and helped me make the correct decisions. The second offer came in a couple days later and we sold the house. He went way out of his way to answer questions, find contractors to fix a couple of things - and make sure they were completed in a correct manner. I was in Florida while this was taking place.
