Brian was amazing and patient with us. We weren’t really sure what we wanted at first, and after the first day showing us houses, Brian was able to narrow down and help us figure out what we wanted. Our closing was a long process, but buying a probate during a pandemic, that was to be expected. Anytime we had questions, or found properties we liked, he came through with answers and showings and got us into an amazing property at an even better price. He’s even already helped a neighbor of ours and one of our parents buy their own houses. His knowledge of the area made me so comfortable because I knew I was in good hands since my husband and I don’t know this area very well.

Brian helped me navigate the difficult sale of my home. He handled all the negotiations with the buyers professionally and in my best interest and that was the most important part for me. Someone to stand on my side in negotiations. He knew it was going to be tough but he got the home sold for me without me having to budge. It has been a great experience with Brian and if you want someone on your side he’s your guy.

Brian was amazing!! He truly cares about his clients and it shows. It took us over a year to find the perfect house and Brian was very supportive and went above to make sure we were happy. He even talked us out of putting an offer in on a house just because we were tired of looking because he knew that house wasn’t what we wanted and I can’t thank him enough for caring! Brian is hands down the best! I’m so glad that our first (and hopefully last) home we bought was with him.... I know he looked out for us and genuinely cared!
