He showed us several properties and guided us through the entire process by being on top of action items and working closely with other parties such as the loan officer, insurance agent, and closing agent. This is my second sale and purchase with Brian. Obviously, I wouldn't go back if he weren't the right guy for the job. His knowledge of Northern Virginia real estate is unsurpassed. He was able to help me sell my townhouse during the middle of winter and Corona and purchase my dream home -- neither of which was cut-and-dry (contingencies, etc etc.) -- without batting an eyelash. He was constantly in touch by phone, text, and email, and always going to bat for me on items that were important. In the end, I started 2021 off with an amazing place for my kids and me, and a nice fat payoff in the bank from the sale of my old place. And that's a win! While I have zero plans of moving for the next bajillion years and I likely won't be using him again anytime soon, I'd happily recommend him to you.
