We would highly recommend Brian in any home buying scenario. His wealth of knowledge that he brought to us as new home buyers was more than impressive. He always did extra work preparing for house showings, always knew the answers to our questions, and was always easy to get a hold of when we had any questions or concerns. We felt like his biggest priority! He was so excited for us, we all felt like he was so personal, honest, and humble about the entire process of buying a home. He wanted us to truly find a place we loved and could make a home, he wasnt out for his own personal benefit like others. We had an awesome experience working with Brian. He spent about 6 months showing us different places and was extremely patient and accommodating to our crazy work schedules the entire time. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood every step of the process. He even made sure we received a check at the end of the process from the "homes for heroes" project since that was something we qualified for. He walked us through that process as well. He is the only realtor in the area that works for this program so if you are police, military, nurse, or another qualified profession, you definitely want Brian working with you so you can get a wonderful reward at the end of the buying experience.
