I can't say enough good things about Brian. He referred to me as niche buyer. I had a couple of requirements that made it a challenge to find the perfect home in this extremely hot market. I looked at houses for more than a year and finally found THE ONE! Brian successfully negotiated on my behalf, referred me to several lenders, and provided resources for inspections and insurance. Even in this fast moving market, Brian was on the ball and never let anything slip through the cracks. I put an offer on a home and was able to close in 3 weeks. Great guy, knowledgeable and friendly too. I highly recommend Brian.
