My experience was certainly unique. Our family had just gone through a full year's long divorce scenario with the home sale being the last and final step to an already arduous process. I had sought the easiest solution to simply sell the home via a commercial company that purchases homes. Then along came Brian who exercised great patience with me as I was concerned with putting more money into the home and continuing to pay the mortgage while on the market. Brian settled those concerns for me quickly. He did an excellent job navigating communication between contractors, myself, ex-spouse, agents and potential buyers.
