Last week, Brian helped me and my husband close on the sale of our first home. When he first visited our house to talk to us, I was put at ease by his demeanor and his great sense of humor - those qualities really help relax a person like me, who tends to get stressed out over details and unknowns. Brian created a great listing for us, highlighting our home's features, the updates we've made to it, and the unique characteristics that would make it stand out, even in the lower price range we would be selling at. He was with us and remained very open and communicative every step of the way, from listing, to updating us with feedback from showings, to dealing with a buyer whose financing fell through, to finally closing with a new buyer. I loved how responsive he was to text messages from us, and how positive he remained during the difficult winter months when activity was slower. And once the ball got rolling with an offer, paperwork and communication between us and the buyer was achieved quickly and efficiently.
