I worked with many different real estate agents before I met Brian. To put it plainly, it was a night a day difference in experience when working with Brian. Brian is someone who has a deep expertise with real estate (whether it's with HUD foreclosures, which is what I purchased, investment properties, new construction, land, etc.) and he will provide you with recommendations you can trust. I am an investor so when we looked at properties, I would regularly ask him questions related to making money. He never tried to sell me - he was upfront and honest on whether a property was something he would buy and if I could expect to make money off of it.
