I know this to be true because this is the second home for which I picked Brian as my realtor. And, if I buy another in the area or sell, I will pick him again. You don't have to know everything about the home-buying process - he does a great job of explaining, and he draws from a great deal of experience. He knows the market inside and out, and won't let you waste money if the asking price is too high.

What I really appreciate about Brian and his team is that they stepped up to be my feet on the ground and eyes on the home for a long distance buyer like me. They toured every home I was interested in and sent me video walk-throughs of the home as well as drive-throughs of the neighborhood on each one. While navigating our purchase wasn't without some routine and expected hiccups, we were able to close on time largely due to Brian's diligence in communication and timeline monitoring. Even post-closing, Brian is still helping to ensure the security and readiness of our El Paso home. I trust that it is in good hands until we get boots on the ground.

Anytime I had a question, he was quick to answer. There was some back and forth with the seller and selling agent and Brian kept us updated with everything.
