Due to an extreme time crunch, Brian went far out of his way to help us search the market and find our dream home in only 1 week. When we finally narrowed down our “favorites” list, Brian personally went to each house and sent us a detailed video recording to help us get an idea of the houses we might want to see when we came down to house hunt. During the time it took to process the paperwork, Brian worked with the listing agent to allow us to move in early (before closing) so that we wouldn’t be living in a hotel for 3 weeks with 3 pets.
