I want to start by saying the sell of my home was no easy feature. It needed some work that I was unaware of. He constantly had to talk between myself and the other owner since that line of communication was not an option. He handled himself professionally, never complained about it and made it his absolute priority to be communicative and always hands on during the entire process. Anything that needed to get done, he was there. I would highly recommend Brian in the future for anyone trying to sell their home and unsure of their decision!

Brian and his team were very efficient and left no stone unturned. The extremely well done pictures for the house that gives a clear view of what the house looks like is extremely important to us as military members, who might not ever walk the property beforehand was very enlightening for us. I could always remain in contact with him even with his busy schedule and during the holidays. Brian always explained the process and would sit down with me step by step and give me the “real” estimates instead of informing me based off of assumption which I truly appreciate. I would 100% use them as a realtor again.

He was very knowledgeable and professional. He always answered our questions and was very polite. If he did not know the answer he responded to us as soon as he could. We were living out of state and he spent some time going over to our house to check on it from time to time. He was very personable and we felt comfortable knowing we could trust him.
