As a military family finding a home to buy out of state was scary, due to the fact we couldn’t be there to see them homes in person. So having to trusting someone was what we had to do. Brian is very thorough, he started with a meet and greet over the phone. This being my 3rd home purchase and 2nd done long distance, I’ve never had the courtesy of communication like we did with Brian. He is a top of the line agent and he definitely knows and cares about the needs of military member moves. Highly recommend him and will definitely be work with him again if possible.

Firstly, Elizabeth took a great video walkthrough for us since my husband was unable to see the house in person. It was like she was buying the home for herself. The situation as a bit stressful initially since we were in a multiple offer situation, but Brian laid the groundwork for what to expect and gave great advice. Our offer was accepted and then once under contract, Brian was great about explaining what would come next and explaining the paperwork we would have to sign.
