I appreciate Brian and Elizabeth’s efforts to make sure that we understood every step of the process. In was a really daunting task to find a home from out of state during this insane buying market, but they made it easier. I felt like they went above and beyond to get us video tours of not just the homes we were interested in, but also the neighborhoods. I do think they have room for improvement when it comes to following up on things once an offer has been submitted, but honestly I don’t know how they find enough hours in the day for all they do. They perhaps need another staff member to help handle administrative work. Overall was very happy, and would definitely call them again if we buy another home in El Paso!

They took the time to give us a step by step breakdown of both new construction and resale buying. During our search, we worked with both of them on both ends of that spectrum. That purchase did not pan out so we switched gears to looking at the pre-owned options. Brian and his team were on top of any and all of our questions. They were quick to give any details about listings we inquired about and they did not delay in viewing homes for us and sending us videos. Once we found the pre-loved home we wanted to move forward on, Brian was very supportive and proactive in the paperwork process and making sure we checked all the boxes for a smooth and timely close. He facilitated everything on our behalf that he could with all parties involved local to the home.
