Thanks to Brian, his expertise, help, and most of all, his patience. I was a first-time seller so really had no clue what was involved, but thanks to Brian, it was a breeze. There were some complications with condo docs and the previous management company that I am sure made things more difficult than normal. But all worked out in the end...
