As our Realtor, Mr Brian Smith helped me find the right house for me and my boys in the right neighborhood for the right price, always thinking outside the box and always answering the phone and returning my messages promptly. Calling someone back with answers to the questions is a big deal for someone that is trying to purchase a new home. So many questions and uncertainties, Scary at times. I consider Brian a friend and not just a realtor because of his carness and professionalism. FYI. This is the second house that Brian has helped me find and purchase.
