Brian Grushkin

Brian Grushkin was an incredible Realtor to have by my side during my home purchase. From our very first conversation, I felt comfortable with him and really appreciated his warm personality, patience, and genuine willingness to help. As a wheelchair-using quadriplegic and a single female homebuyer, I had some unique needs when looking for a home. Brian never made me feel like those needs were complicated or inconvenient. He consistently checked in with me, made sure I was comfortable, and took the time to explain things so I understood what was happening before we moved forward. What really stood out was how far Brian went beyond the typical responsibilities of a Realtor. He helped me work through accessibility needs, including the ramp for my new home, communicated with my therapist, and was even willing to involve my daughter when it was helpful. He also connected me with wonderful people who were kind, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. Brian was responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. I always felt like he genuinely cared about finding the right home for me, not just completing a transaction. And as a sweet finishing touch, he gave me a beautiful plant as a housewarming gift because he remembered how much I love plants. 🌿 That little gesture meant a lot and really captured the kind of thoughtful person he is. I’m incredibly grateful to Brian for helping me get into my new home and making the entire experience feel so much more comfortable and manageable. I would happily recommend Brian Grushkin to anyone looking for a Realtor who truly goes above and beyond for his clients. ❤️
