Brian is a consummate professional. He is very well acquainted with the local market as well as the the regional and national markets. He is hard working and has very good followup skills. He is also expert at the myriad complex paperwork conncected with listing,selling and escrowing a house. Additionally he is a very nice guy,low key,patient,assertive and a good negotiator. Another thing that helped me out immensely was meeting all the contractors to get things compoeted requiered by the buyers or the City. He never once asked me if I could meet a Service Provider. He met vitually every service provider without my asking that he do so.

Brian proved what he set out to do. He got us a higher price for our home then four other realtors said was possible. Although I was skeptical as we had the house on the market for 6 months with another realtor without an offer, Brian was able to two offers quickly and we sold the house for a very reasonable price. What was also great about Brian was his ability to continue to move the deal forward during an emotionally difficult divorce. he managed both sides very fairly and graciously.
