The house when I bought it was on the market a year I'm so grateful Brian sold my 1947 Cottage Home in a single day for list price!!!!!! He is a professional and knows what he is doing. He is very responsive and helps walk you through your sell every step of the way. I was a first time home seller and he was there to tell me what to expect in the selling process. He is very professional and I HIGHLY recommend him. I relocated from Fl to Mo and Brian not only sold my house but was able to recommend someone to come by the house and work on all inspection issues that arose for the buyers loan to close. I was able to just leave him a key to my house and he showed the inspector/appraiser and repairman in and was my FL point of contact. Above being good at his job he is trustworthy and really is just a good person. You would be doing yourself a huge disservice if you don't select him as your realtor.
