We were moving from NJ to FL. Prior to flying to FLs, Brian spent time on the phone understanding the home and neighborhood features that were most important to us. He spent a long 3 day weekend patiently showing us homes in several towns and communities. Each time, he made sure that we also got to see the downtown areas and shopping centers. He responded to last minute showing changes and requests. Once we found the home we liked, he negotiated on our behalf and advised us of our options for making an offer. Since we couldn't personally attend the multitude of inspections, Brian was there for all of them and communicated with us via Facetime. He made our out-of-state home shopping experience pleasant and easy. His personal knowledge of the area helped us find the right home quickly. On top of that, he always responded to my texts, call and emails quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian to others. If we move, he will be the one selling my home.
