Hands down one of the best agents we’ve ever worked with!

Purchasing a vacation home from another country isn’t easy, but Brian did everything he could to make it an amazing experience. Communication was off the charts good. His knowledge of the area, comps/market value info. made the experience less daunting. We saw countless properties with Brian and he was always prepared. If he didn’t know the answer to our questions (which was rare), he would find out immediately. We ALWAYS felt Brian had our best interests at heart and we trusted/asked for his opinion quite often. The comfort level we had knowing he was our agent took away a lot of stress! Always, always working for us to find the perfect vacation home. Great sense of humour, kind and very patient. We cannot recommend Brian enough and would work with/recommend him in a heartbeat.
