I come from a family of Real Estate Professionals. My Father, My Uncle and Cousin are/were all RE Brokers and Realators licensed in NJ. I held a Salesman’s license in Massachusetts. All my experiences with Brian Fossa were very positive. We were looking for a home in St. Johns country. We had very specific requirements and like most, specific budget limitations. We searched many homes and found one that we liked. Brian Fossa acted as our Buyers Broker. We met the day after first visiting the property to submit a bid. Brian brought relevant comps which we used to submit a strong bid. He had extensive knowledge of the area and current market conditions specific to the area and price range. We were able to meet the Seller’s quick close requirements. Our bid was accepted. As we rapidly moved on toward closing, we had a comprehensive home inspection. Brian displayed great knowledge of many aspects of home construction specific to this area of Florida. He was valuable in making certain all potential problem areas were addressed by the inspection team. Bottom Line: Mr. Fossa is a personable, knowledgeable and capable Real Estate Broker. From showing houses to the closing itself, He takes the time to listen and understand the Buyer’s requirements.
