We are so thankful for Brian Floyd’s work to sell our house. It sold in the first week for more than we were asking. When we first met with Mr. Floyd, my husband had been in the hospital with heart failure and I was fighting breast cancer. Mr.Floyd gave a lending ear and helped us with every question about how to get our home ready to sell. We are so thankful for his work.

I come across Brian by accident. I had inherited my mothers home but wasn’t at the point where I was actively looking at agents. I had listened to so much conflicting information that I was extremely stubborn about the value of my mothers home, which was initially unrealistic. Brian was a professional from day one and eventually figured out a way to convince me where we should price the home and we had a contract within a week or so and closed within a month. He explained everything so I understood the process step by step. I can’t recommend him highly enough. In closing I would advise anyone that has Brian for an agent to listen to everything he says and follow his advice. You will not be disappointed.

Brian knows the ins and outs of real estate better than any realtor I have worked with in the past. He goes above and beyond to take care of the details. He makes selling and/or buying such a seamless, stress-free process.
