Brian provides a high level of personal service in every situation, and is tuned - in at all times. He took the time to understand my needs and interests, and was responsive to my numerous questions. He took the time to set up many visits and was patient about working around my schedule. He would discuss the pros and cons of each property in detail. When we finally found a place we liked and submitted an offer, we were competing with five other offers. Brian was a strong advocate for my bid, and was instrumental in swinging the seller my way. Brian helped me find a house during a time when inventories were low and it was a seller's market.
