This was my first experience selling a home. Brian laid out what would happen, how and when.
Brian assessed the asking price for the house, which was more than I was expecting. After two weeks of being listing, with no offers, Brian advertised an open house. One offer resulted from the open house. The offer was lower than I was willing to accept. Brian did not pressure me into accepting the offer I considered too low. He did not suggest that I lower the price.
The home buyer offered a very low price, which I immediately turned down. The offeror increased his price to my asking price with some conditions, being I pay his realtor fee and we negotiate the responsibility for findings of the buyer's inspection report. I agreed to the realtor's fee, but did not accept any inspector fee findings responsibility. Brian supported my counteroffer. This became the agreement price and conditions.
Brian had a closing document prepared, which he delivered to my house. I was not required to attend the closing. The process could not have been easier.
I enjoyed partnering with Brian.
Sincerely,
Jim Kellt
