Above and Beyond

I've sold several properties and have in general had excellent experiences with all of the agents I've used, but Brian Duncan is without a doubt probably the best agent I've ever worked with, hands down! He was so helpful in getting the property to market, yes he did all the other things expected and did them quite well, he communicated often, keep me informed on options/strategies, set reasonable expectations, but what he also did was bring some really strong and cost effective resources to my flip project that help me get the project to market much sooner had I not had him as my agent. Plus, without extra compensation managed those resources to again get the project up and down. I can honestly say that if I had used someone other than Brian, I never would have made what I did make on the property. If I buy or sell anything else in the greater Phoenix area, Brian Duncan will be the agent I'll be using.
