Brian was incredible! We are first-time homebuyers who actually had to do the whole process from a distance. Not only was Brian accessible anytime (and by any method,) he was always willing to answer any question and explain things to us thoroughly. He was always responsive and if he didn't have the answer he'd reach out to the appropriate people to get the answer. Everything went smoothly in our process and there were several times he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He also has a great team of people he works with. We trusted and appreciated his recommendations but there was never any pressure to do so. We would readily recommend Brian to all of our friends in the area.
