He put us in touch with a great lending and escrow team, very kindly walked us through the entire home buying process, and was always responsive and available to our questions and schedule needs. We wanted the fastest close possible, and Brian and his associates made that happen for us. Brian is a fantastic buyer's advocate & representative; we offered on a VERY hot listing with several offers already on hand. Our offer was competitive, but so were the other offers. I am sure our offer was accepted largely because of Brian advocating for us to the sellers.
