Brian did a walk thru and made suggestions on staging my house and I did exactally as he said. He hired a professional photographer to take pictures for the listing. When the house was listed I was concerned that the price might be to high, he assured me it was not and I felt comfortable with his advice as be had done extensive market research in the area. We listed the house on Monday with an open house scheduled the Saturday before mothers day with the expectation attendance might be low with it being mothers day Sunday. The next day after the listing went live I received a call from Brian saying he needed to show the house that evening, his phone was blowing up with calls from as far away as Miami and Texas. Because of his description along with the pictures the response on Zillow was crazy, over 1000 views within the first couple of days, I think the first week was over 1800 hits. The first showing on the day after the listing went live was crazy, several people showing interest, Brian told them no offers would be considered before the open house on Saturday. The big open house came, my neighbors described it like the circus had come to town, so many people. From 2nd day and the open house we had several interested couples request to see it on Sunday and Monday. That evening Brian put out the word that best and final was due on Wednesday by 5pm and did more showings on Tuesday because of the interest. His expertise was able to generate multiple offers driving the price up 20K over what I had thought was an inflated asking price to begin with. Brian is the man you need to sell your home. He is very knowledgeable and so nice to work with. I highly recommend Brian as either your selling or purchasing agent.
