Brian helped us purchase a vacation home in the extremely competitive market of Boca Grande and under time pressure given that it was a 1031 transaction. Friends referred him to us as "the best in Boca" and he definitely earned the title. He was on top of a market that changed daily, sometimes hourly. He was confident, professional, patient and kind (and we often had our infant and two year old in tow!). He helped us negotiate an amazing purchase price just before the market took a huge uptick.
