We couldn't be happier with Brian as our agent. We hired him because of his business background and specifically his attention to expenses. He was a huge help in getting our home ready for the market without breaking the bank. Also, his timely responsiveness to our questions was really helpful. If you need a real estate agent look no further as Brian is without question the best real estate agent you will find.
Brian was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, great guidance, excellent service all around. He assessed my situation, came up with a great game plan, explained everything clearly, went to work and got the job done! As much as one can say, this endeavor was in fact painless. Thank you!
Very pleased working with Brian, and I do recommend him.
I was disappointed with larger real estate firms that treat you like a number and hand you off to whoever has time. Brian didn't push me to buy to make a quick commission. He runs his own company-its just him. He showed me the homes I wanted to see. When I found something I was interested in he investigated the details so I had as much knowledge as possible to base my decision on and alerted me to any issues with the home he could find. Ultimately I found a home that checked the boxes. He's a veteran agent, and his experience shows through during the entire process. Thanks Brian!
Brian is amazing ! Best realtor anyone could ask for! He makes buying or selling a home such a pleasant experience. Save yourself the stress and contact Brian!
It was an awesome experience to work with Brian. Very professional and easy to work with. Very responsive and paid attention to every detail throughout the process. Highly recommend reaching out to Brian for all your realty needs.
I can’t thank Brian enough for helping me along my home buying process from start to finish. He went above and beyond and took many days to show me tons of houses to make sure I found the right one. I can’t ask for more effort from Brian as he explained every step of the process and was phenomenal when it came to communication. He made sure to follow up with my bank through the entire lending process to make sure things were moving along on a timely manner and came with me to my closing to make sure that it went smoothly. I will definitely be using him in the future for more purchases and I would recommend him to all my friends and family for sure.
Brian helped guide me through a home sale that was far from standard. This would have been very difficult without his guidance and expertise. Thank you Brian!
Brian was phenomenal. Always on top of things and looking out for our best interest. Couldn’t have done it without him.
Brian is friendly, very helpful, and never hesitates to explain real estate concepts to his clients. He constantly looked out for our best interest and ensured we were happy with the terms of our deal. When we faced a hiccup with lending, he provided some great contacts, and we were able to close on time.
Brian was the absolute best during our home buying process. He went above and beyond what any realtor has ever done for us. Not only did he get us into the home of our dreams, he helped us every step of the way. From the moment we were interested in our home, to even being present and making sure all was well on move in day. We didn’t have the best sellers to deal with but Brian remained professional while also ensuring we were getting everything out of this deal that we could. Brian gave recommendations where needed and gave us his insight and suggestions based on experience. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for more from Brian. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
