Brian was VERY patient and accommodating, he had a good knowledge of the current market and pricing, as well house condition and maintenance issues, provided a quick response to every request we had, whether it was seeing a house one more time or getting into a crawl space, overall, purchasing a house went very smooth.

Brian is a patient and attentive guy. He's not afraid to lose turn you away - even when it isn't that obvious you're standing in a home that should be condemned. He helped my wife and I find our first home. We found a beautiful split-level that was move-in ready and well within our timeline. He knows a lot about the front range and denver neighborhoods from our experience with him, and because of it were in a great neighborhood ourselves. He guided us through the buying process including advice for searching, where to buy, local recreation and amenities, tips on how to deliver our offers and how to negotiate in the final stages. The process can be difficult but Brian made it easy on us.
