When we were ready to buy I asked my agent, Margaret Hickman, in Louisiana to refer us to an agent the knew the Celebration area. She interviewed Brian to make sure he would be the best realtor for us. Attentive, personable, a strong negotiator and someone willing to give us straight answers. We had our heart set on Celebration, but Brian expanded our minds after listening to our needs for a small town community. He drove us through Winter Garden and we fell in love. I knew the general area I wanted to move to and asked a Realtor friend if he could assist. Brian helped me each step of the way through price negotiation, the contract steps, financing quirks, and finally through closing. I didn't know it then, but this is THE perfect house for me. Brian recognized the fit between me and the house/neighborhood even more than I did. There was no pressure at any time, but Brian exerted the right amount of encouragement when needed.
