Brian was a pleasure to work with. He was flexible to our needs, was very knowledgable in his field, and ALWAYS kept our best interest in mind. He went above and beyond what should be expected of a realtor. His advice on prepping the house to sell, was right on target. We had a great offer 1 day after putting it on the market!
