During our initial meeting with him in early Fall, we discussed putting our house on the market in the Spring to take advantage of that traditionally active market. He shared that there had been some recent sales activity for homes in our price range and suggested that we consider putting it on sooner to take advantage of the active buyers in the market. Brian quickly went into action preparing high quality marketing materials and sold our house at full price within a few days after it hit the market. This being a second home for us, Brian managed the inspection process and arranged for various professionals to complete the few needed repairs.
