From our initial meeting to the close of sale, Brian and Laura were prepared with information on the value of our parent's home, all the details of the steps that would be taken to assure a timely sale and how the vacant home would be secured during the sale period. We received weekly updates on the activity of people who showed interest in the house. They were well prepared for each step in the sale of the house.
