I’m not really the review writing kinda person, but Brian and Laura were exceptional. As a solo parent diving with bricks into the crazy Wild West of the real estate market of all cash offers, and where your offers are competing against 30-60+ other offers I needed my agents all, and they didn’t disappoint. They were available to not just take my calls, but to educate and guide me through the process. They were always on time, helpful, and resourceful, and when it came down to making offers they jumped into the ring as if they were fighting for a home for themselves. The home I have wasn't won because it was one of the highest offer. However, Brian in his own charming ways, always ensured my offers stood out. This was my first experience with a realtor and it was exceptional! I was owner/builder of the home that Brian and Laura Way sold for me, so this was a completely unfamiliar experience. I had no idea what realtor to reach out to, but in my online research, I kept circling back to Brian and Laura and decided to reach out.
