In the 11 years we bought/sold/rented property in the Cape Coral, Fort Myers area we have used 5 different agents. Brian Barnhart has by far been the best agent we’ve used, ever. He went above and beyond what we expected, even helping us to sort out our international tax filings with an agent at FIRPTA, which was solely for our benefit. He has sold a few properties for us, and has always been honest, and dedicated to us for each one. I highly recommend Brian, and would not consider using another agent again. Mrs. K
