My offer was NOT the highest and Brian still got it for me!

Brian recently helped me sell my Gilbert home and upgrade to a new one. After meeting with Brian for the first time, I already had the confidence he understood my needs. I told Brian that I had heard that living next to a busy street could devalue my house and it could take longer to sell to which he stated, " it could, but it is not always the case." He gave me advice on how to get my house ready for sale. He also reassured me I would find the new home of my dreams. The homes we saw in person (based on the listings he emailed me a couple of days earlier) demonstrated he knew what I was looking for. Some of the houses we saw seemed like a really good fit to me, but Brian reminded me that I did not have to settle for a “good fit”, but should wait for a “great fit”. When the time came to put in an offer, it was only because of his experience that I was able to get the home of my dreams even though there were multiple offers and my offer was NOT the highest! Once I was ready to list my Gilbert home, Brian recommended a list price higher than I anticipated which again concerned me, but in the end, the house sold for $10K more in less than a week.
