Brian was great! The week we started looking for a larger home, the perfect one happened to come onto the market. We were also leaving town that weekend, but Brian was able to get us in to see the home with only about a days notice. We loved the place, so Brian was able to walk us through our offer remotely. He was able to negotiate a final price under asking with the maximum concessions, about $19K towards closing costs. When we were ready to sell our condo, he was able to get a great price even in a down turning market. He was so professional and everything went so smoothly, I highly recommend him!
