By listening to Brian's advice, we were able to buy a home beating out multiple other buyers.

In this challenging housing market, where there are often multiple offers at or above asking price, you need someone with years of experience who can successfully negotiate the best terms and conditions for you, whether you are a buyer or seller. Look no further and simply call Brian Adamski. Brian has over 15 years’ experience and by listening to his advice, we were able to find and buy a home in our price range, beating out multiple other buyers. Brian explained what we needed to do to secure the house and after contemplating his advice, we went forward with his suggestions and found our dream house. And in just four months, the house has already increased in value 10%. We believe we were quite lucky in finding Brian and intend to use him as our go to agent for years to come. I highly recommend Brian, who is not only a great realtor but someone I also consider a dear friend.

Brian is a genuine, honest person.

My wife and I have purchased two homes and sold one with Brian by our side. He was able to find us a great starter home in 2014, and again in 2021 (after over 1 year of searching) we moved from our starter home to our larger “family starter” home. Brian has earned our repeat business and referrals because he is a genuine, honest person. He loves to talk about real estate, has been working in the valley for years, knows everyone, and uses his network to his client’s advantage. Because we were looking to move during the uncertainty of the pandemic, we had to deal with the crazy over bidding and chaos that engulfed our housing market. No matter to Brian, he continued to search for our new home (which had a very detailed wish list) until it came onto the market in late 2021. Brian was able to tour the home before it officially went on the market and called us immediately to announce the search was finally over! We personally toured the home on listing day 1, put in a reasonable offer based on Brian’s recommendations and kept our fingers crossed. With his experience and guidance we were selected as the winning bid, closed on the home in a timely manor and moved in before Christmas! Endless thanks to Brian for all his hard work over the years, we whole heartedly refer him to anyone looking to buy or sale real estate in AZ.

A very positive experience

A1 realtor! After a very positive experience, my wife's colleague recommended Brian A. when she knew we were looking to buy our 1st home. House market in Arizona is super hot: (1) prices are going up, and (2) houses are selling like hotcakes so whatever we found was quickly gone. Enter Brian who found some options for us but we were not fully convinced, few days later he found some more houses from which we chose our home. His guidance and patience was outstanding, after the first batch he knew exactly what we needed and found that exactly. There were other people after the same house so Brian suggested we write a letter to the sellers, we did and got chosen among the other bidders. During the buying process he was always there, helped us with the appraisal issues, title process and everything else. We even got a Xmas card from him. He is 100% recommended, talk to Brian Adamski, he'll know how to help you and will help you find that house you want. Pepe Chavez

It was a blessing to work with Brian.

For a corporate relocation we selected to work with Brian Adamski after viewing him online. Our initial conversations with him confirmed he was a great fit for us. He was extremely available to us, very knowledgeable on the Ahwatukee and greater Phoenix area and once he determined our needs consistently helped us remember what we were looking for even when we were tempted to settle. He worked fantastically with our relocation company throughout the entire process. We also counted on Brian to negotiate some needed repairs and he was knowledgeable, gave sound advice and fair. Brian also had great contacts for anything which was super helpful for this out of state move. After our house hunting trip, Brian has to help us out with several inspections and other items and we handled it all with us out of state. It was a blessing to work with Brian and if we get relocated again we will utilize his services again for sure!

We never felt rushed even though it took a few months looking for the right home.

I normally don't write reviews but the reason I am doing this is because we were extremely satisfied with the services that Brian Adamski provided. There are several reasons why I would recommend Brian. Brian listens. He is polite. He is a quick responder. He is easy-going. He does not exaggerate. He has lots of patience and experience. Bottom line, it was a smooth process. Our interactions with Brian started because we were wanting to move out of our home, where we lived for 28 years, and looking for our last home where we could retire. We never felt rushed even though it took a few months looking for the right home. A couple of times we thought we found the right home, but Brian would remind us of our wish list and would remind us that it was not the perfect home that we described to him. Eventually, we found the perfect home for us, and we are surely pleased. Of course, once we found our perfect home, he helped us sell our old home and again that was a smooth process. Brian guided us as needed and gave us a great deal. Our old house was sold quickly thanks to Brian, and for more than we expected at the beginning. Thanks Brian for your knowledge and patience. It was a smooth process thanks to you.

Recommend Brian to anyone looking to maximize the value of their house.

Our experience with Brian Adamski has been excellent from start to finish. Brian was crucial in each step along the way to get my mom’s house ready for sale, finding the perfect buyers, and finalizing all the details to close on the house. This all happened very quickly. He was great to work with. His initial assessment for the value of the house was spot on. The help in prepping the house for showing prospective buyers and for photographs were excellently done. The words I would use to describe our experience with Brian would be professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, and reassuring. I would, without hesitation, recommend Brian Adamski to anyone looking to maximize the value of their house.

Great advice on what to do and not do to maximize profit

Brian did a great job of not only advising my wife and I of what needed to be done to the property prior to listing to maximize profits, but he also advised us on what we didn’t have to spend money on. He had professional pictures taken that made the house look amazing and really pop!! I barely recognized it! When it came time to price, he nailed the listing price based on his extensive knowledge of the Valley real estate market. We had multiple offers the first day it was on the market and we had cash in the bank 22 days after listing. My wife and I will be using him on our next purchase. I typically do not do reviews, but felt compelled to based on how smooth and seamless working with Brian was. You will not be disappointed putting your trust in him. Steve & Tanja Lewis

Brian was amazing to work with!

Brian was amazing to work with! Super knowledgeable of not just real estate but also of the particular quirks of the Phoenix market. Extremely responsive and available for both showing and questions. Also, which I really appreciated, is you feel like you're in it together, and not like you're being pressured to make a decision or spend more. I highly recommend him.

Brian is not kidding when he says that he wants to find each client the right house.

My wife were looking to buy a house and planned to interview a few Realtors. Brian was first in line, and we immediately felt so comfortable and confident that we didn't bother to interview anyone else. He ended up patiently showing us many, many houses. He never seemed to be in any hurry, was always prompt, and is just generally a very pleasant person to deal with. He's very knowledgeable: Brian steered us away from houses and neighborhoods that he knew wouldn't suit us. In a few cases, we chose to see something despite his reservations, and in every case, he was right to be concerned. (Example: We were sure that the traffic noise from a nearby street wouldn't be bad. Brian was sure that it would be bad. It was bad.) Brian consistently identified, very quickly, pros and cons of each house, including things that we probably would not have noticed on our own. And in many cases, what he pointed out weren't things that would be important to many or all buyers, but things that were relevant to our specific needs. One of the most striking aspects of dealing with Brian was discouraged us from making offers on a couple of houses that interested us. I'm sure that some other Realtors would have been glad to make a sale and be done, but if Brian didn't think that a house was right for us, he said so (and explained why). He is not kidding when he says that he wants to find each client the right house. Another striking thing is Brian’s magical ability to extract information from other Realtors. In an extremely competitive seller’s market, he found out, more than once (including in an instance where we chose not to buy the house), exactly what was the minimum offer that a seller would accept. We recommend Brian enthusiastically and without hesitation.

Brian was able to get our offer accepted even though there were offers $10K higher

We were looking to buy a place for our son to rent from us in the greater Central Phoenix or Arcadia Lite areas, but we live in Portland and really didn't want to travel during the Covid pandemic. We were so happy with Brian a few years ago when he sold our Scottsdale home that we felt very comfortable about having him to guide us through this sight-unseen purchase. We spoke with him at length about what we wanted and didn't want, but we really had no knowledge of our target areas and really appreciated Brian's knowledge of them. Brian would go preview places and give us a full report on the place, the neighborhood, additional photos, etc. To our pleasant surprise, he would reject the vast majority of them even though many of them met our basic criteria: he kept saying that we could do better. Then one day Brian told us that a really cool home came onto the market, he went to see it shortly afterwards, he called us and said that this was the one! Not sure how he did it, but there were multiple offers and he was able to get our offer accepted even though there were offers $10K higher than ours. Brian was amazing throughout the process and we really appreciated his market knowledge, geographical knowledge, patience, tenacity, and experience in finding and getting us the perfect home. As he said many times, we could do better and we did do better as that was a very unique and cool house! Our son loves it and the area.

Brian is someone who cares about us as individuals first

Brian is someone who cares about us as individuals first. He never hesitated to educate us in the house purchase. If I was a new buyer, I would look for someone like Brian, who is honest, professional, kind and genuinely cares about my needs before his own. NOW... that is hard to find!
