Selling a house can be a very difficult and stressful process. Working with Brett he took all of the difficulties and stress and put it on his plate. He knew exactly how the market was going to react before the house even went on the market. Prior to putting the house on the market Brett knew certain upgrades needed to be performed in order to get the highest price for the property, he helped get people out to do the work. We both agreed that the house needed to be staged and he found the right person for that job too! Lastly, he took care of all the marketing for the sale of the house as well; with getting pictures, creating a video and making fliers and putting all of that information out on social media to draw just the one buyer we needed. He was there every step of the way!! All of his hard work and effort paid off in the end too because not only did we receive multiple offers on the house, they were all above asking price and I ended up selling the house $40k over the asking price!!!
