I was a first time home buyer looking for a house in the Ferndale/Hazel Park area of Detroit. Brett was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire home buying process which put me more at ease on making such a large decision. He also knows what to look for in homes and could guide me on what might need to be replaced/updated along with what was happening in the market which I feel helped me make more informed offers.
