I connected with Brett quite by accident, but he and Molly turned out to be the best thing that happened to us...other than our house. We looked at MANY houses trying to find the one that was right for us, and they were both so patient with us as we turned away from most of them. When we finally found our home, the selling agent told me all offers had to be in that evening - it was a Sunday and I believe I reached out to them at around 5:15 - 5:30pm.
