Brett has handled 3 home transactions for us. In all I would say Brett went above and beyond the call of duty. The first transaction was in 2011. This was our purchase of a home north of Anoka MN in Nowthen. The process was difficult due to the advanced age of the sellers, and incomplete paperwork from the sellers. Brett had to excercise extra patience, and effort to get this purchase completed. We also took an option of renting the property, and Brett provided help in this area as well. Brett is smart, and process oriented. I can recommend him for real estate transactions.
