I found Brett to far exceed the knowledge I had otherwise found in the area concerning real estate salesmanship. He recommended needed repairs to our property for our protection and I was quite satisfied with the number of open houses he and his team provided. I felt well represented in the negotiation area and ultimately the house sold. I will easily recommend Brett Dunne and his team to anyone in the area or someone moving in from out of town. You won't be let down.
