He was always available to take my calls/communicate with us giving us updates every step of the way and was very proactive during the process which was a key reason why we were always first in line with any offers. Without his help, the process would have been very confusing as a first time buyer, but luckily he was there to guide us and stay on top with the lenders/realtors to make sure that the process was flowing smoothly.
